The trolleybus was personally inspected by the head of the DPRK, Comrade KIM IL SUNG before start of the trolleybus service in Pyongyang.

The location is wrong, it is not by the train station but rather in the square looking south. You can see the big (theater?) building in the background. I corrected the location.
Also edit: 612 is the number of the bus depicted in the mural at the entrance of the trolleybus factory as well, probably pertaining to its special meaning.
