Опытный вагон для несостоявшегося метро Кливленда. Середина низкопольная. Проект метро свернули примерно в то же время, когда был построен No. 101 и он отправился работать на челночные линии вместе с другими двухконечными вагонами (в Кливленде их было очень немного к началу 1910-х годов).
