It's hard to say in Lodz. In this example it is clear. The Konstal 805Na 2322 is parked in the depot. At the same time, a new building (MPK 805N-M1X) with the same number is driving through the city. Sometimes several parts of the donor tram were used on the 805N-M1X, sometimes only one pane. Lodz is one of the most difficult cities to make clear changes to the life cycle. Unfortunately, the lists on transphoto.org and phototrans.eu for Lodz are incomplete and very different.

Yes, in Łódź most 805N-M1x cars has changed chassis, it is therefore a mess with regard to the correct numbering of cars. But there are also situations where the original 805Na cars stand in the depot and provide spare parts for the other 805Na cars. But there is also the situation that a certain car receives a number after the previous one; for example: 2357(original) -> 2306"(second life); original 2306 is off.
2356(original) -> 2419"(second life); original 2419 is off due to collision.
