Why are they closing the loop? Very strange decision. On weekdays the loop looked very busy.

University of Ostrava wants to have new faculty and campus there and near the place. Government of city has ratified it. Of course for transportation it's bad decision and bad situation but DPO can do nothing about that.(
DPO wants to build new loop near the "U Hradu" stop but it won't be as good place as it was because "Výstavště" is good for bus parking too.
