I submitted this photo via the Moderator, and it was published within 24 hours.
The Wellington trolleybus network closed as advised on the database, and this [handsome] bus was retired many years ago.
The fleet operating up until closure is still in the Depot - no one quite knows what is happening: perhaps conversion to [some other form of] "electric' bus might still....
Meanwhile, this remains the final closure of a right-hand drive trolleybus system in the world, and one of the most scenic and atmospheric, for that matter.
The perversities of politics, economics, and reversed "climate change" rhetoric!
