Transphoto has already a nice collection of older photos of Odessa. This was not the case for the cities that you mentioned above. I don't find it necessary to post a photo of 1997 if a simular photo of 1998 exist here. In 1997 the tramservice in Odessa was really bad. I don't put the photos away and will see what I can do later.
I know of all the other photos, but you may send me the your photos privately to vzykin@yahoo.com.
I collect EVERY photo that I could find, even duplicates. See my site OMF World (http://odessatrolley.com).
I know about bad service in Odessa those years, visited in 1994-1999, then 2001 and 2002. I hoped that you'll have more photos of trams just before or during utilization or some sets rarely seen before and after.
focus1965, thank you for the photos from Odessa. In other cities you visited the depot, were there in Odessa and whether to wait for the photo? As I understand it, You have photos of Odessa is much less due to poor movement?
I saw on the update of your site that you already took the photos from here to your website, without waiting to my reply. See also 1.14 in the Rules of this website (Transphoto)! If you collect photos from other authors, which spent a lot of time, energy and money to make them, you can at least ask the permission to them before take the photos to your website. About busphotos: please see F.A.Q. in my profile.

I will see what I have. In fact, only lijn 10 was in 1997 a normal line. Other lines runs really irregular, and this was (by example) also the case with line 15. Many, or even most of the lines runs only every 45 minutes or worse. When I visited Odessa in 1997, the situation was bad. It's one of the exceptions where everything has improved after my visit.

I don't care about rules of transphoto. You can legally use any open published photo without express permission as long as the photo is properly attributed to the author and is not used for commercial purposes. This is the law in MY country. If you don't want your photos shared keep them in your drawer.
Nope. 'Fair use' doctrine does not entitle you to collect and reproduce any picture found online, since full-size (or any close) reproduction would not comply to the amount and substantiality factor. Copyright holder still has exclusive right to reproduce his work under the Copyright Act.
Also, Section 107 of the Copyright Act limits fair use to the following:
> criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research
BTW, as far as I know, in YOUR country DMCA would take the website down for copyright infringement.

OMF and http://www.odessatrolley.com/ both reside in the US. As a citizen of the same country I can attest that the above cited convenience theory is OMF's own imagination, and it is definitely NOT the law in the United States.

Update.
_______________________________________ Да, пожалуй так и оптимальней всего.
