It is bad, snow and rain inside tram. But is it correct? This tram is forever out of service. Then, it does not matter, window open or closed. But if the tram only temporary out of service, they must be closed of course.

Немного запутался, конечно 412 в Смоленск хотели но... это отдельная тема. Но повторюсь, их держат уже долго, 506 отставили на пару лет позже и уже порезали, хочется верить что у них будет более достойная судьба

В идеале хотя бы 417 прицепить к 418-му, была бы музейная сплотка. А то на день города было много желающих - в вагон было не влезть даже на второй экскурсионный рейс.
