On 23.09.1990 the current north-south connection over the "Bahnhofsbrücke" was reopened after 12 years break. On 16.09.2017 the tram goes one last time over this southern section of the "Bahnhofsbrücke". As part of the conversion to the transport hub, this connection is built back.
