E01: Juan Pablo II — Rodelillo — Baron Station (climbing up top 350 meters above sea!)
E05: Gran Bretana — Puerto Station. (Short feeder from Universitary Headquarter to Head Metro Station).

Inauguration of electric bus service, operated by Trolebuses de Chile SA.
Depot / charging station is located at Placilla neighborhood.
First 3 lines operates since that day as follows:
E02. San Roque-Avenida Argentina-Baron Station.
E03. Placilla (Curauma)-Avenida Argentina-Baron Station.
E04. Placilla-Curauma-Placilla. (Feeder for E03).

18 of the 38 KingLong XMQ6900G buses are in operation.
All 6 KingLong XMQ6106G buses operates only on E03 route.

2021 m. gegužės 4 d.

After 13 years and 8 months, service in Route 801 has been resumed, service is operated with a 22 minutes frequency with one Pullman and one NAW during quarantine, it is expected to increase frequency to 10 minutes when sanitary situation improves. Route 801 connects the Av. Argentina terminus vía Pedro Montt Avenue (city's main street) and join the route 802 at Plaza Victoria till Aduana, both shares the route again till Plaza Victoria, where 801 detours to Pedro Montt Ave. till Avenida Argentina Terminus. Transit time are 18/25 minutes.

Delivered four ex-Luzern NAW BT 5-25 trolleybus 261, 263, 274 & 279. Berna 4TP-A trolleybus 203 withdrawn.

The last articulated trolleybus 503 has been stored at the rented yard in Av España.

Первый день работы 8 новых метровагонов Alstom X'Trapolis Modular, поставленных в 2015 г. Ещё 5 таких же вагонов будеут поставлены в 2018 г.

Valparaíso, 1.12: The first day in service for the 8 new metro cars Alstom X'Trapolis Modular, delivered in 2015. In addition 5 more similar cars will be delivered in 2018.

Заканчивается эра рабочего "троллейбусного музея под открытым небом" в Вальпараисо, где в повседневном обороте используются старейшие в мире троллейбусы Pullman 1947-1952 гг. производства и швейцарские машины 1960-х гг. Сенат республики Чили утвердил поправку к закону N°18.483 о регламентации индустрии автотранспорта, сделав исключение для троллейбусов на предмет ограничения возраста импортных подержанных транспортных средств. Как следствие, на улицы cмогут выйти недавно поставленные швейцарские троллейбусы NAW BT 5-25 производства 1989 г., которые составят до 2/3 выходов на линию.
