Suzhou Rail Transit Line 7 Changlou—Hongzhuang section enters service, with the section north of Changlou to enter service at a later date.

Suzhou Rail Transit Line 11 is officially opened. The 41.27 km line with 28 stations runs from Weiting to Huaqiao, with interchanges to Suzhou Line 3 and Shanghai Metro Line 11.
