Binghamton Railway Co. is formed by a merger of the Binghamton Railroad Co. and Binghamton Lestershire & Union Railroad.

Binghamton Railroad Co. is formed by a merger of the Binghampton Street Railroad and Binghamton & Port Dickinson Railroad.

Binghamton Street Railroad is formed by a merger of the Washington Street Asylum and Park Railroad, Binghamton Central Railroad and City Railway.
