Klaipėda: UAB "Kautra" takes over operation of routes 3 and 14 from KTKB "Gintarinis vairas", 22 and 22B from UAB "Klaipėdos paslaugos". UAB "Klaipėdos paslaugos" takes over route 9 from KTKB "Gintarinis vairas". Company KTKB "Gintarinis vairas" is left without any routes and is ceasing it's existence. Route 9 will be operated by various (diesel, CNG) buses until new electric vehicles are delivered. New diesel buses Temsa LF12 are starting to run on routes of Kautra together with electric buses.

UAB "Kautra" takes over operation of bus route 4 from UAB "Pajūrio autobusai".

UAB "Tolimojo keleivinio transporto kompanija" (TOKS) takes over operation of bus routes 22A from UAB "Kautra" and 37 from UAB "Klaipėdos paslaugos". Unplanned change with route 37 is due to the need of vehicle with slightly larger capacity.

UAB "Tolimojo keleivinio transporto kompanija" (TOKS) takes over operation of share taxi route M6 and buses 2A, 14A, 21, 21A from UAB "Kautra".

UAB "Tolimojo keleivinio transporto kompanija" (TOKS) takes over operation of share taxi route M8 from UAB "Ridvija".

UAB "Tolimojo keleivinio transporto kompanija" takes over operation of share taxi route 31 from UAB "Autoklasrida".
