Fares are determined in the following way: 400 rubles standard, 200 rubles reduced. The latter is only eligible for the Red Army personnel. 1921 m. birželio 25 d.A franchise valid till January 1, 1922 for horse car operation on the Sredniy Fontan [Middle Fountain] Line and Kladbischenskaya [Cemetery] Line is granted to V. Ya. Umanskiy and B. M. Arenberg. Five municipal horse cars are leased within the franchise: two cars for service to the 8th Station of the Sredniy Fontan Line, one car for service to 16th Station of the Sredniy Fontan Line and the balance for the Kladbishenskaya Line.
Fares are determined in the following way: 100 rubles per segment for the Sredniy Fontan Line; 250 rubles per segment for the Kladbishenskaya Line. The former comprises 16 segments (separated by the stations), the latter comprises 2 segments (separated by the railroad bridge). All tickets are 50% off for the Red Army personnel. 1920 m.
