The trolleybus route 12A "Gnivanskoe shosse — Nemirovskoe shosse" was opened in test mode. One (more in the future) trolleybus PTS-12 with increased autonomous running up to 20 km will operate on this route. From the new terminal stop "Gnivanskoe shosse" to the stop "Agrarian University" (1.1 km) and from the stop "Chekhova" to the terminal "Nemirovskoe shosse" (2.5 km), trolleybuses run autonomously. Full circle along the route — 130 minutes.
Route 10A was closed.

Municipal transport in Vinnytsia transports all passengers. Travel on special. passes and travel restrictions for beneficiaries are canceled. But you can enter the transport if there are free seats. Passengers must be masked. And the entrance-exit — only through the front door.

Starting from May 1, public transport in Vinnytsia stops paying for travel in cash. It will be possible to pay for travel with a Vinnytsia city card, smartphones and bank cards with an NFC chip. Payment through QR codes and SMS will be saved . In the future, perhaps the driver will be able to sell paper tickets, depending on how the system develops.

During quarantine, the number of releases of all transport on routes is reduced. Routes are operated daily from 5:30, but by 10 pm the transport must return to the depot.

Since March 29, the transportation of people in the public transport of Vinnytsia has been stopped. Only employees of enterprises, institutions and organizations related to critical infrastructure will be able to use the transport. Passengers will be transported in compliance with sanitary standards — people must be wearing masks and gloves.

From 12:00 on March 18 to April 3, no more than 10 passengers for one section of the cabin must travel in the public transport of Vinnytsia. The corresponding requirement is provided for in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers. “Vinnytsia Transport Company” and route carriers ask Vinnytsia citizens to understand the temporary inconvenience, not to enter public transport if there are already 10 people there, but to pay by bank transfer. Access to transport is possible only through the front door.

The body of first Vinline in this year arrived to the city. The new trolleybus have number 045. There is plan, to create 5 new trolleybuses on this year.

The last PTS-12 "VinLine" trolleybus assembled in 2019 entered the route. This year it is planned to assemble another 5 cars.

2 декабря 2019 года, в трамваях полностью заработал электронный билет. Теперь, с помощью валидатора можна оплатить проезд муницыпальной картой винничанина, банковской картой или же телефоном. До конца года система должна заработать в троллейбусах и автобусах. А в начале 2020 года и в маршрутном такси.

18 февраля 2019 года исполнилось 55 лет открытия троллейбусного движения в городе Виннице. В честь праздника на троллейбусных маршрутах города,будет курсировать ретро троллейбус ЗИУ-5 № 249. Винничане и гости города смогут насладиться поездками в троллейбусе, которые перевозили пассажиров в 60-х — 80-х годах прошлого столетия.

В рамках пилотного проекта ВМР 2019 года, троллейбусное депо Коммунального предприятия "ВТК" получило первый из 4-х кузовов МАЗ, для изготовления будущих Винницких троллейбусов, силами специалистов и мастеров троллейбусного депо города Винницы.

К 105-й годовщине открытия трамвайного движения в городе Виннице, на маршруты города был выпущен 10-й юбилейный, модернизированный 32-х метровый трамвай "VinWay" №221, собранный мастерами трамвайного депо КП "Винницкая транспортная компания".

Начата реконструкция улицы Замостянской. Проектом запланирована замена трамвайных линий на безшумные и реконструкция остановочных павильонов на проезжую часть с ограждениями.

С 20 июля по 20 августа 2017 года отменяется движение трамвайных маршрутов №2, 3, 6 по причине ремонта трамвайных переездов по улице Келецкой.

Закончена реконструкция площади Гагарина. Движение трамваев восстановлено в полной мере.

Повышается стоимость проезда в городском электротранспорте — 3 гривны за одну поездку.

Начата реконструкция площади Гагарина. На время ремонтов отменяются трамвайные маршруты №1,2,5,6. Проезд через участок ремонтов осуществляется по однопутному участку.

Началась обкатка новой трамвайной линии из Вишенки на Барское шоссе.

Состоялась поездка на ретро-трамвае Gotha T57 №1. Перед поездкой все желающие смогли посетить Музей трамвая, ознакомиться с его экспозицией, после чего Ретро-вагон совершил рейс до ДК "Заря".

Продолжается списание вагонов КТ4-SU. На очереди — №201, 184, 197, 191, 199, 208.

В Виннице состоялась поездка на ретро-трамваях: Татара Т4 №143 и Гота Т57 №100. Первый вагон ТАТРА Т4 совершил рейс на железнодорожный вокзал. По возвращению в депо все желающие смогли посетить Музей трамвая, ознакомиться с его экспозицией. После этого из депо отправился второй вагон — ГОТА Т57 по маршруту №5 на Электросеть.
