Total cost of this purchase was approximately just $2.41 million USD.
18 juin 2025Tianshui Tram Stage 2 commences operation, extending line 1 on the west (Jingkunxijunsanzhong—Wulipu) end and creating a branch line from Yangpo Dong to Tianshui Airport.

novembre 1961Trolleybus operation in Tianshui comes to an end. The trolleybus system had an unreliable power supply, compounded by the use of steel overhead wires, as opposed to copper. As the trolleybuses were still relatively new at the time, two trolleybuses and various electrical equipment were exchanged with four buses from Lanzhou.
1 octobre 1959The trolleybus system in Tianshui is extended on both ends, now running from Dongshilipu to Tianshuijun. Two new Shanghai trolleybuses are procured for the extended route.
10 juillet 1958Tianshui trolleybus system commences operation on an east-west oriented 5.36㎞ trolleybus line, operated by a single retrofitted trolleybus produced by Tianshui Automobile Repair Factory. Tianshui becomes the fifth Chinese city to operate a trolleybus.
