9 Srpanj 2025 god.

The first LRV produced by CRRC Qingdao Sifang for the Jiyang light rail line arrives. These are three section, four bogie trams developed based on licensed Šlkoda technologies.

Jinan Metro Line 3, phase 2 opens, connecting Tantou Station to Jichangnan (Jinan International Airport South).

Route K9 enters BRT lanes (with trolleybus contact network) on Erhuanxi Road. For the last five months, trolleybuses on K9 passed the entire route on battery power.

9 Kolovoz 2023 god.

Route K229 enters BRT platforms from Wangsheren Metro Station to West Guodian Flyover, and switches its vehicles from electric buses to trolleybuses.

Strong winds have damaged the contact network in Jinan. Trolleybus route K102 passes the section between Qinlongqiao and Lishan Road on autonoumous course.

BRT-6 completes transfer to trolleybus service with LCK5180A articulated trolleybuses.
Trolleybuses follow on wires on Gongyebei Rd and use autonoumous course for the rest of the route.

LCK5120A trolleybuses start supplementing buses on route K9

4 Travanj 2023 god.

New LCK5120A trolleybuses with >160 km autonoumous course start supplementing electric buses on BRT-9.

Trolleybuses start supplementing electric buses on route K125 using Zhongtong LCK5120A trolleybuses (>160 km autonoumous course). It shares part of the route (and contact network) with 102.

Trolleybus contact network between Kuangshancunxi and Kuangshanlijiaoqiao is put into use. Trolleybuses on BRT7 previously passed this section on autonoumous course

Trolleybus line K104 is temporarily suspended due to construction from Jinan metro line 4. It is planned to return in the future at an unknown date.
