Mit etwas Verspätung wurde die neue Straßenbahnlinie 27 eröffnet, die etwa 2,4 km neue Gleise und eine neue Brücke bis zur Endstation Aspern Nord umfasst.
Die Straßenbahnlinie №33 wurde aufgrund des Rückgangs der Fahrgastzahlen nach der Inbetriebnahme der Linie 12 eingestellt. |

Tram transport has operated since 1865 (initially horse-drawn, later electric trams). The network has over 180 km of tracks and 30 routes. There are no trolleybuses in Vienna.
Modern transport also includes the metro (U-Bahn) and electric buses.
