14.12.2025	Two new transport concessions are starting up in the Utrecht region and city: "Utrecht Binnen" run by Transdev (replacing the "Regio Utrecht" concession) and "Utrecht Buiten" by Keolis (replacing the "Provincie Utrecht"). New types of vehicles have been purchased to ensure the operation of the concessions: • Yutong electric buses have been added to the fleets of both concessions; • Solaris, VDL, and Volvo/MCV have produced electric buses for "Utrecht Binnen", including 25 new three-section Solaris Urbino 24 electric buses. The electric buses that operated on the routes of the previous concessions were also transferred to the new operators.
16.12.2019	Открытие новой 8-километровой трамвайной линии от центрального железнодорожного вокзала до Научного парка Утрехта в районе Уитхоф. Линию обслуживает экспресс-маршрут №22.
