The Achterhoek-Rivierenland concession has commenced operations under a new contract. Arriva remains the operator. In addition to the hydrogen buses that have been in operation since 2023, new electric buses have been purchased: • Solaris Urbino 15 Electric – 14 units, for lines 73 and 74; • VDL Citea LE-122 and LE-135 – 64 and 22 electric buses, respectively, for lines 23, 51, 57, and 165, as well as other routes. These routes belong to the SnelRRReis network, as they connect large population centers.

The concession covers bus transport in the Achterhoek and Rivierenland regions, located in the east of the province of Gelderland.

Since 2010, Arriva has been the sole operator of the concession.
