OCTA awards $220.5 million contract to Walsh Construction Company to build the streetcar. Work has begun on laying tram tracks. The tram line will connect Harbor Transit Center and Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center. The 4.15-mile route will have 10 stops, with service intervals expected to range from 10 to 15 minutes. Planned opening date: Spring 2026. |
