31.01.2025	Мариупольский транспорт переходит на автоматизированную систему оплаты проезда. Водители всё также обилечивают пассажиров, но теперь с помощью кассового терминала. На некоторых автобусных маршрутах эту обязанность выполняет кондуктор. В дальнейшем планируется установка валидаторов у каждой двери во всём транспорте (на данный момент валидаторы уже установлены в некоторых автобусах, но пользоваться ими пока нельзя)
04.05.2024	Вводится платный проезд на электротранспорте. Стоимость проезда 10 рублей.
03.05.2024	Прибыл третий вагон "Спутник"
25.03.2024	В Мариуполь прибыл второй вагон "Спутник".
03.10.2023	Запущен новый троллейбусный маршрут 4Т с использованием автономного хода. Маршрут 4Т соединяет МКР Изумрудный — Драмтеатр. На маршрутах троллейбуса контактной сети нет. На маршруте будет работать одна машина

Informationen zur Stadt

Mariupol is a port city of Ukraine. Passenger tram service began on May 17, 1933. Until 2022, 11–12 routes were in operation with a total length of over 100 km of a single-track network. In 2017, the fleet numbered more than 90 trams. In 2022, the tram infrastructure suffered catastrophic destruction — the depot was destroyed and traffic was completely suspended. As of May 1, 2023, one route (No. 1) with a length of about 10 km has been restored, on which 13 cars operate. The fleet totals 62 cars, of which about 30 are operational. Trolleybus service was opened on April 21, 1970; in 2021, 13 routes were operating, with 105 km of contact network and 89 vehicles. As a result of hostilities, the system was almost completely destroyed, and the contact network was dismantled. Currently, 4 routes have been restored, and 15 trolleybuses with autonomous operation without a contact network are in service; charging is carried out at the depot.

The contact network is absent; trolleybuses operate in electric bus mode. Routes operate only in the morning and evening, with a daytime break for charging at the depot.
