A fully rebuilt original 1937 PCC car — a late morning pull out from the depot.
At the time of the photo streetcar service started at 11:00 am only.
The parked bus in the background painted as it would be a streetcar — is the designated support vehicle in case of streetcar service interruption.

Полностью восстановленный вагон PCC (лат.) 1937 года, поздний утренний выход из депо.
На момент съёмки трамваи начинали работать только в 11:00 утра.
Запаркованный у депо автобус на заднем плане, выкрашенный как бы под трамвай, официально предписан для замены трамвая в случае перебоев в трамвайном движении.
