Zum Leipziger Stadtfest 2023 wurde von der LVB ein 1:1 Mockup des neuen Straßenbahnwagen NGT12+ / XXL Plus aufgestellt und der Öffentlichkeit erstmalig präsentiert.
Hier ergab sich die Möglichkeit für interessierte die neue Straßenbahn von außen und innen zu begutachten.
Die neue Straßenbahn soll eine Weiterentwicklung des NGT10 und des NGT12 sein, wobei der neue Wagen äußerlich mehr dem NGT10 ähnelt.

For the Leipzig City Festival 2023, LVB set up a 1:1 mockup of the new NGT12+ / XXL Plus tram and presented it to the public for the first time.
Here there was the opportunity for interested people to examine the new tram from the outside and inside.
The new tram is said to be a further development of the NGT10 and NGT12, with the new car looking more like the NGT10.
