At the time of this photo McDonalds corporation had acquired a few Duewag L cars from Bucharest and placed them at various restaurants around Romania.
It looks like this tram never operated in Galaţi.

В период съёмки корпорация Макдональдс приобрела несколько вагонов Duewag L в Бухаресте, и разместила их рядом с ресторанами по всей Румынии.
Судя по всему, данный трамвай в Галаце не работал.

În perioada 5-8 Decembrie 1998, pe străzile din Galați a circulat troleibuzul Ikarus 411T, troleibuz ce s-a aflat în acea perioadă în teste în mai multe orașe din România. A fost primul troleibuz low-floor ce a circulat în Galați a fost și primul vehicul adus în teste în oraș.

During the period December 5-8 1998, the Ikarus 411T trolleybus circulated on the streets of Galați, a trolleybus that at that time was being tested in several cities in Romania. It was the first low-floor trolleybus that circulated in Galati and it was the first vehicle brought to the city for testing.
