In April I visited 12 countries literally around the world, and I posted masks usage by country here:
https://transphoto.org/photo/1765186/#3104349

Out of the countries listed only Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines still required masks on public transit in April. Indonesia is more or less strict about it, and you might be reminded about masks upon entry. In Philippines they are still very serious about masks, you will not be allowed to enter public transportation without it, and you will be harassed while riding if you forget to comply.

Malaysia, however, is very relaxed on the issue. It took me an extra effort to find out what the policy on masks on public transport actually is, and some percentage of riders do not follow the rule. Note a considerably low overall weighted average of mask usage that I gave Malaysia via a link above.

Singapore lifted the mask requirement on public transportation on 13.02, South Korea on 20.03, and Taiwan on 17.04.
