Судя по ролику ( http://5.189.187.134/contents/centertv/c...889.mp4 ), их сделали кустарным образом в Пхёнчхане "по образу и подобию" Чхоллима-321. Но, быть может, это просто КВР с изготовлением нового кузова.

Both the Pyongsong trolleybus and Chipsam-2019 resemble Chollima-321.

In terms of the overall look, the two red ones are most similar to the Chollima-321.
But the green bus looks more like the flatter Chipsam-2019-2 than a Chollima-321.
