Прибыл летом 2006 г.. Заводская окраска — белый. В первые годы службы работал на 1-м маршруте по разрывному графику, заменив на маршруте троллейбус №107. 07.2018 – 07.2019 — не работал Был учебным 23.10.2019 — 29.10.2019. Последний известный выход на линию — 29.11.2021, после чего троллейбус был отставлен от работы, но сперва числился в резерве. На 10.2022 двери были заварены. 10.2023 — восстанавливался для учебной езды.
