This view will disappear: line 70 will be definitively closed down in december 2019 and there will be no longer a regular tram line across the Londenbrug. This new traject, which was only put into service in September 2018, will be retained as a service line.

в Вики написано что 70й был временный.

Yes. Line 70 will be replaced by a new line 1 from Luchtbal to Zuid, over the Italiëlei / Frankrijklei / Amerikalei. Also a new section / line will be inaugurated to Havenhuis: this will be line 24.
This section will be used as diversion route for line 1 when something goes wrong somewhere in the city center. Nothing else till at least the end of 2020: then the whole network will be revised.

Кстати как я понял причина закрытия как раз мост, слишком много времени теряется если он открыт.

The bridge is not such a big problem. The bridge will only be opened at fixed times and moreover only if there are boats present.
On a normal day the procedure takes 4 minutes, but on weekends, when there are more boats and especially undisciplined pedestrians, the procedure can take 7 minutes. This is the maximum. I timed it yesterday.

2. If you don't understand why this new line (openend 09/2018) will be closed, then the answer will be long. But I'm gonna try.
The whole network in this area is new, and a part was put into service in september 2018 and the remaining will folow in November 2019. In 2018, the only option was the prolongation of line 7 from MAS / Eilandje to Luchtbal. At the last moment, De Lijn decided to organise a shuttle service, because otherwise line 7 (not the most regular line in the network anyway) would become too long and above all completely irregular. This new line was therefore assigned the number 70, on the one hand as an extension of line 7, on the other hand with a nod to the historical line 70, which was shut down more than 50 years earlier. Line 70 may have served the new tracks, but it has never been a success: the connection is rather uninteresting and better alternatives exist. Back again: it was this line (70) or not using this new infrastructure for more than a year.
Now the 2 new routes are ready: the route along the Italiëlei is without discussion the missing link and will be used by 2 tramlines. One of them will serve the entire boulevard, from south to north and further to Luchtbal: this will be line 1 and a connection that was closed in 1965, but will be re-established. The second connection goes to the Havenhuis (Port House) and line 24 has been selected for this.
The only option available for trams to cross the Londenbrug was to extend line 7 to Havenhuis and line 24 to MAS/Eilandje. De Lijn added up the number of trams per hour that had to cross that bridge and clearly rejected that option.
To date no one has been able to come up with a workable solution to be able to continue operating this piece of tram line in the future, by means of one tram line.
Suggestions are always welcome, but remember: the number of kilometres driven (bus and tram mixed) and man-hours must remain the same.

The entire area will of course still be served by trams.
Only a small part of the new route will no longer be served by a regular tram line. Is this bad? I think that in every major tram city there are service routes here and there that are not served by regular lines. But these rails will be useful for all kinds of reasons (e.g. diversions).
If necessary, I can also go into more detail on the medium-term vision, but I think that there is here little interest in it. In summary: it's not more 'my car (or my bike)' or public transport, but 'shared cars and bikes, (also e-bikes) for the first and last mile and public transport for the main distance.
