The starter segment was to terminate via a clockwise loop some 1,6 km. short of the city center and 1,3 km. short of the central market.
This would render the usefulness of the first segment somewhat questionable.
The Phase II segment would continue via Lenina Ulitsa through the city center.

2-я очередь должна была пройти по ул. Ленина через весь центр города.
