I can read Korean :) That plate says very strange thing.

"위대한 수령 김일성 동지께서 보아주신 무궤도전차"
"The great leader Kim Jeong Il saw this trolley bus = "The great leader Kim Jeon Il gave this trolley bus for present"

"주체61(1972)년 4월 8일
"Juche 61 (A.D. 1972), April 8"

Juche is North Korean own callender! And maunfactured date is not written, because in North Korea, Kim Il Sung is the only great, important value.

That 1972.04.08 date means... Kim Il Sung visited Bus garage and rode that bus at 1972.04.08

This tram is manufactured in 1950, and changed operator from Osaka tram to Hiroshima tram in 1968, because of abolition of Osaka trams in 1968~1969.
