Насколько я знаю из описания проекта, если GVBA 7G-724 каким-то макаром (например, фото) докажет, что был на этом месте и заплатит 100р. за марку, то ему могут её отправить. Есть и другой вариант - купить эти три марки и отправить их посылкой в Амстердам. Но вот сколько это будет стоить?
