There was a mistake in linking the photos and I have fixed it.

Daniel took all the photos during regular service and a few months later the vehicle was given museum tram status.

For the general public, older trams are much more popular than recently abandoned vehicles.
The same phenomenon can be found everywhere, e.g. also in Brussels with the 7500: a unique vehicle but uninteresting for the public because of its relatively modern appearance.

It makes sense that such a tram has been preserved in Gmunden. This is a part of history, and can be used now if another museum tram is unavailable, while in the distant future it will be true nostalgia. Not yet, however, and that is why there are no photos of this vehicle since it was given museum tram status.
The chance that you will see the vehicle running is not great, because for the regular service there are other vehicles, while I suspect that for the use as a museum tram there is still too little interest.

About Gmunden - I have interest to take photo of Lohner, because I like PCC-like trams at most (I mean E1/E2 from Wien, similar Düwags and Tatras T1/2/3), I like them more than wooden trams (as Barborka in Ostrava, for example).

On website there is timetable, but not photo of Lohner, but of other trams. So it seems Lohner is not often outside. So I asked them this:

Seems it will be easier to ask Daniel Möschke for info.

The Saurer bus was indeed a nice theme. I am not a bus fanatic anyway, but if this fits the theme, then it can be included in the photo, but I absolutely had to have that double-decker out of the picture - and I did.
For me, a photo must have a certain charisma. Here the theme is 1961: the local steam train connects with the two interurban tramlines, the first vehicle being modern, the second still original from the early years. Such things fit perfectly in Austria.
In the museum, I also had to ask several times for permission to visit the other part. At least I can speak the language and argue: that is more of a problem for me in Russia, for example.
For Gmunden I do not understand the problem: the timetable can be found online. If there are special rides, they are also announced. On the Atterseebahn there are occasional (every week or so in the summer) special journeys. https://transphoto.org/photo/1382141/
In both cases, excellent timetables can be found online.
In Vorchdorf (central workshop of Stern & Hafferl) there is always more than enough to see and I have never had any problems taking photos there, although I do ask every time the permission to do it.

Thank you!

During my visit, there was one tram and two buses - doubledecker http://busphoto.eu/photo/392223/ and old Saurer, which attracted even my non-spotter travel companions: http://busphoto.eu/photo/390295/.

I asked museum directly for tram timetable and they answered me, but not following questions.
But it is much better as in Gmunden, I did not received answer at all.

I do not have problem with doubledecker, but original Berlin livery would be much better.

I had found the train timetable somewhere online and the transport to the museum runs in connection with the arrival of the train.
Due to a high volume of passengers (on the train) and perhaps also Covid measures, there were 2 trams and 2 buses ready to transport everyone safely and comfortably.
The first bus was a disgusting double-decker bus, with an even uglier advertisement. I made every effort to get it out of the picture. If you look closely through the windows of the tram, you can see what I mean.
Had it been a vehicle that fitted into the time frame, I would have taken all the effort to include it in the photo. In this case, the bus was extremely disturbing. The theme, as I photographed it, is also acceptable and was realistic in 1960. The modern double-decker bus does not fit in at all...
I have also corrected your picture. The correct 22 was not yet in the database and I have only recently entered it.

So you managed to visit Ferlach and Klagenfurt as me, as we discussed few months ago and even see unpublic part of museum, great! Just pity not all 3 kinds of transport parked next to each other. I have just bus and tram.

Could you please check this vehicle? https://transphoto.org/photo/1496421/ Seems I assigned there wrong tram.

It's great that you were able to find this out so quickly: thank you! I am updating the database. The vehicle is from a system that was closed almost 90 years ago now and it happened to be preserved. Hopefully one day this tram will be publicly accessible.

Wrong link. Must be Ferlach and not Innsbruck.
